The assistant

When you chat with Aurum, your questions are processed to generate a reply. To improve the service, we may retain anonymised conversation logs. Please do not include sensitive personal, financial or confidential details in your messages.

Voluntary contact details

If you choose to share a name and contact method (for example, to request a callback), we use it only to respond to you. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Email

Emails to contact@ailawyer.net.au are used to answer your request. We keep them only as long as needed to help you.

Your choices

• You can use the assistant without creating an account.
• You can avoid sharing any personal details at all.
• You can ask us to delete information you previously sent by emailing contact@ailawyer.net.au.
